Talk exploring Unfraiming Views
A conversation with Michela Bresciani, Giampaolo Nuvolati, Oliviero Fiorenzi, and Giacomo Segantin

Talk at Artopia Gallery
On Saturday, 4 October, on the occasion of the 21st Giornata del Contemporaneo, Artopia was open and hosted a talk on the themes explored in the exhibition Unframing Views. The discussion featured Michela Bresciani, anthropologist and coordinator of Ecomuseo Urbano Metropolitano Milano Nord; Giampaolo Nuvolati, full professor of Sociology of the Environment and Territory at the University of Milan-Bicocca; and the exhibiting artists Oliviero Fiorenzi and Giacomo Segantin.
Drawing on the themes explored in the exhibition, we engaged in a conversation about the concept of mapping and the different ways of experiencing and interpreting territories and spaces — not only through artistic practices, but also from the perspectives of the flâneur and anthropological research.
